Hi Eileen,

You'll be pleased to know my dear old mum had the same name as you -Eileen not Schuh, that is. This guestbook page is a cracker; I might have to put one of those on my website. Anyway, thanks for befriending me on facebook. Any chance you might get hold of a copy of The Stone Crown over in Canada - I believe it's on Amazon over there?

From Eileen to Jaye and Mary Ann:

Thank you for visiting my site and signing in.

For my fans reading this page, just to let you know that 'Fairbrother' is my maiden name and 'Roycraft' is my mother's maiden name. My mother is a published author of several children's story, Jaye has several novels published, and I am aspiring to becoming published. It must be the 'Roycraft' in me.

I'm not sure if I'm related to Mary Ann, but my aunt says Jaye's father is my mother's second cousin. I guess if we go back far enough, a couple named 'Adam' and 'Eve' appear in all our family trees!

Hi Eileen! It was wonderful to hear from you and to know about our family connection. Best of luck with your writing!

Wonderful to find you. I WOULD like your novels, and hope they are soon published.

From Eileen to Teresa: I'm glad I was able to make you smile, Teresa. Perhaps that "Fairbrother" link (both our maiden names) is a supportive connection we could both use as we journey through life!

Hi Eileen thankyou for inviting me to your web site brought a smile to my face .I have not had many of those recently.

From Eileen to Betty: Thanks for visiting. Yes, to know Cheryl is to love her. You're lucky to have her as a friend, for sure. They don't come any better!

to Annette: Welcome to my world! And thanks for the peaceful wishes--I accept them all!

My response to my fans:

Thank you, everyone, for visiting and for the compliments. To my new friends and to those who've known me for a while, welcome.

Lloyanne, I hope you feel that you now know me a little bit better.

And Rita, you're doing great with tackling cyberspace. Not everyone has been able to figure out how to sign my guestbook. If you need more help, visit my blog and look for my posting on 'Some tips for my fans'. It explains how to navigate the pages, leave comments, etc.

I will eventually be bugging all my friends to read my novels. In the meantime, check out my website 'articles' to get a feel for my writing. Although the articles are non-fiction, the experiences they relate were prime sources of inspiration for my rather disturbed and disturbing characters.

Your page looks sooooo good, Eileen. I don't even know how to do all this stuff. It's really...WOW! By the way, you brought tears to my eyes when I read the last few little lines about you and Peter and wondering what you were becoming. I look forward to reading your works and chatting with you next time. I'm so intrigued by your biography. Talk to you soon.

I'm very impressed - looks very professional to me. I'm anxious to actually read some of your books - is that allowed before I have to pay big bucks at Chapters? I will keep navigating around - haven't clicked on the book section yet so will see what is in there. Cybervisiting is new to me - seems I should just phone you -but I will try to be modern so as not to embarrass myself or you. Cheers - Rita

Hi, Eileen,

Thanks for inviting me to your very "peaceful and serene" website. I like it here and the photo of you with your precious grandson is charming.

It's good to see your are using Cheryl as your publicist. They don't come any better than her; she's my friend and I'm proud of what she's accomplishing...even if she is "shameless." LOL...

I would say she's a doll, but know it would go to her head... Only one big-head allowed in our friendship! xo

Best of luck with all your writing, Eileen. You are off to a great start.

Hugs - Betty Dravis

Fancy website, Eileen! I LOVE the graphics, it's beautiful. I was browsing around on the Harlequin reader guidelines website (don't ask why...) and noticed that they're doing some new stuff - including a teen series with fantasy elements and some other interesting new lines. I thought of you.

Here's the link to the main page, and check out the writing guidelines for Harlequin Teen:

It might be a neat starting point, who knows!
